KitFrame's manufacturing structure is one of the factors that guarantees the world quality standards in its products.
Located in the city of Cotia, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo, Brazil, the company has 150 direct employees distributed in a space of approximately 10,000 m². In its expansion plans the production area is one of the priorities in order to meet the national and global demand.
In fact, expansion is the word that well defines the investments of KitFrame. The company has the most advanced technology in the world market to manufacture Electrical Enclosures, Telecommunications Cabinets, Air Conditioners and Heat Exchangers.
Among the highlights of the manufacturing park is the advanced Panel Bender, which enables faster production processes, the perforators with guillotines, that reduce raw material loss, the welding robots, which guarantee the reproduction of products with high precision grade, shaping machine, which is responsible for the productivity of the industrial process and many qualities of the final product, as well as the new painting line, with automated cabs and KTL system, the same technology used in the automotive industry.
